Production of Pu-erh tea

Pu-erh tea comes from the Camelia sinensis plant, from which black tea, green tea, white tea, red tea and oolong tea are also obtained.

To produce Pu-erh, in the traditional method, the tea leaves are exposed to high temperature and moisture for several hours during fermentation.
