How to prepare a Matcha or Matcha Latte:

• Place 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of matcha in a cup
• Pour hot water (70-80°C) onto the powder
• Whisk vigorously with a bamboo or classic whisk until a smooth foam is formed
• Add more hot water according to your preference of intensity
• To prepare a Matcha Latte, replace the water with milk or vegetable drink, either hot or cold
